Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of experienced chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Support with inventory management and stock rotation.

Requirements

• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and ability to perform stewarding tasks.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift heavy items.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Effective mise-en-place and assisting in various kitchen operations.
