Kitchen Assistant

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a COOK or in a related position
• Familiarity with different cooking techniques, ingredients, tools, and kitchen procedures
• Ability to adhere strictly to sanitation and safety guidelines
• High school graduate; culinary certification is an advantage
• Must have all mandatory government requirements (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI)
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities

Food Preparation : Wash, chop, weigh, mix, and cook ingredients using various methods (grilling, baking, frying).

Recipe Adherence : Follow established recipes and portion controls for consistent quality and presentation.

Food Safety & Sanitation : Maintain clean work areas, sanitize equipment, store food properly, and follow health/safety guidelines (like HACCP).
