Kitchen Assistant

Job Description

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and ensure proper storage.
• Support the team during busy hours by replenishing supplies and keeping stations organized.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Receive and store deliveries properly to maintain freshness and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef-in-charge.
