We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Kitchen Admin to oversee the administrative and inventory functions of the kitchen while providing hands‑on culinary support when required. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations through effective stock management, accurate documentation, and close coordination with suppliers and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
