Job Description

  • Safekeep and manage all property keys, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and issuance.
  • Maintain a secure and updated key inventory system.
  • Monitor key requests and returns, ensuring compliance with property management policies.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain leasing and property management records.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare gate passes and submit to the PMO, ensuring inclusion for all concerned personnel/units.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security for unit turnovers and inspections.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure accurate recording for reimbursements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, monitoring, and reporting of leasing activities.
