工作职责Responsibilities:

负责区域集采客户（至少前100名房地产开发商）的搜索，开发和合同达成

Responsible for key accounts (at least top 100 real estate developers) search, development and contracts achievement.

负责全国集采客户项目的落地和任务达成

Responsible for all business work relevant to key account projects in responsible area.

建立经销商网络以确保本地项目的实施和执行

Develop dealer network to ensure local projects implementation and execution

实现每月，每季度和每年的OI和销售收入目标

Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly OI and sales revenue target

控制付款条件和应收账款状态以确保安全的现金流

Control payment terms and AR status to ensure safe cash flow

筹备、组织本地区与市场开发、产品宣传有关的产品展览会、研讨会；

Preparation, organization of the region and market development, product promotion related products exhibition, seminar
