- Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of Dmall SaaS retail solutions.
- Identify customer business pain points and articulate how Dmall solutions can help resolve those challenges.
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver desired results to clients.
- Develop new business sales opportunities in new accounts.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.
- Consult clients on their business operations or requirements based on knowledge of the Dmall product portfolio and industry trends.
- Work closely with the implementation team and product team on the implementation plan for the project.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development on ERP solutions to retail customers.
- Knowledge in retail industry.
- Management of large and complex sales cycles.
