Key Account Representative

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Data Analyst to support client accounts, sales coordination, and business reporting within the E‑bike industry. This role focuses on account management, operational monitoring, and Excel‑based reporting not IT or software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, concerns, and account updates
• Prepare sales, account, and operational reports using Excel
• Monitor account performance, sales activities, and client feedback
• Identify business opportunities and support account growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and client databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations
