Job Description
The Business Acceleration Officer (BAO) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach for Growsari’s multi‑grocery product portfolio. As a field‑based sales representative, the BAO builds strong relationships with sari‑sari store owners and retail partners, ensures product availability, and executes sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to sari‑sari stores and other retail outlets within assigned territories
- Promote and sell Growsari’s multi‑grocery products to existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partner stores
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in stores
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
