Location: Warsaw / Katowice / Lublin Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing the business, and talking to clients about real challenges—not just sales. You’ll be responsible for growing the client portfolio, engaging with decision-makers, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration in the IT services sector.

Your responsibilities:

  • developing and maintaining relationships with key clients,
  • identifying new sales opportunities (upselling, cross-selling),
  • conducting negotiations and closing contracts,
  • collaborating with the Delivery and Presales teams and technology experts,
  • ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the profitability of contracts.
