Responsibilities

Negotiation & Contract Management Support

• Provide assistance during negotiations with suppliers/vendors to secure service level agreements (SLAs) and other relevant operational and quality terms.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance specific to drug sourcing for clinical trials.

Customer Relationship Management

• Handle offers and orders with customers.
• Support the Sourcing Project Manager in coordinating end-to-end project management of drug sourcing initiatives for clinical trials.
