As the Key Account Manager, you will drive the vision and strategy for the Korea market, according to Hasbro targets, plans and principles. You will also be responsible for implementing commercial plans and effectively deploying resources with the respective distributor/s to achieve optimum revenue, profitability and market share.


Develop strong relations with distributor and direct retailer to build long term partnerships to drive indirect distribution of the retail universe and deliver the financial target.

  • Lead the discussion with distributor and direct retailer and ensure they are in line with the overall sales strategy and budgets for recommendation and agreement.

  • Partner with distributor and direct retailer leadership to ensure their teams have the skills and resources required and that they operate in a manner consistent with Hasbro values and priorities.
