Key Account Manager – Client Relationships (BFSI) Location: Mumbai | Full-time
We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for lenders — banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs — to automate their collections and legal recovery workflows. As Key Account Manager, you are the single point of contact for our clients. Be the single window for the client — the person everything routes through for new requests, notice allocations, legal allocations, and day-to-day coordination
Translate client requirements into clear internal tasks and coordinate with legal, operations, and product teams to deliver
Manage allocation of new notices, legal filings, and other work items to the right internal teams and track them to completion
Prepare and deliver the dashboards, MIS, and reports clients want; Identify opportunities to expand the engagement and drive account growth
