Responsibilities
- Identify and secure prime store locations across malls nationwide.
- Manage negotiations for lease agreements, renewal contracts, and favorable leasing terms.
- Coordinate with mall management for site inspections, fit-out approvals, and store turnover.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Operations, Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising) to ensure smooth and on-time store openings.
- Ensure all mall compliance requirements (permits, insurance, technical standards) are completed before opening.
- Scout new business opportunities including malls, commercial centers, community malls, and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct feasibility studies and location analyses to determine market potential and profitability.
