About the role
Lead the National Key Accounts team to become a best‑in‑class go‑to‑market organization, ensuring flawless execution of NKA strategies to achieve sales, brand distribution, and overall effective key account business management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the account team in preparing and executing annual business plans, promotion plans, sales forecasts and customer information.
- Lead the Key Account group and third‑party merchandising team to achieve sales goals and ensure long‑term key account success.
- Coach the third‑party merchandising team and develop differentiated, individualized training programmes in liaison with the Commercial Excellence manager.
- Take the lead in key discussions regarding commercial terms with Key Accounts.
