Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, CIE Poultry Sales, the Key Account Manager, is responsible for managing the full sales cycle (planning-negotiation-logistics-credit management). The focus is to develop a rapport with customers and plant personnel.
Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for managing the personal/phone sales for assigned accounts.
- Accountable for assigned commodity, industrial, chicken and turkey account sales.
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned and new accounts, while sourcing new accounts.
- Accountable for developing new commodity and industrial accounts as required across Canada.
- Accountable for fresh sales and frozen inventory management/sales.
