Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain positive client financial relationships.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status using CRM systems and other tools.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with client expectations, deliverables, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Accounts Management
- Experience in creating a deck and pitching to clients
- Digital marketing experience is an advantage but not required
