About the role

Lead the National Key Accounts (NKA) team to be the best in class go‑to‑market organization, ensuring flawless execution of NKA strategies to achieve sales, brand distribution, and overall KA business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the account team in preparing and executing annual business plans, promotion plans, sales forecasts, and customer information.
  • Lead Key Account and third‑party merchandising teams to achieve sales goals and secure long‑term key account success.
  • Coach the merchandising team, developing differentiated and individualized training programs in collaboration with the Commercial Excellence manager.
