Key Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts through world‑class client service and education on the Involve Asia platform, supporting Advertisers in achieving their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – Manage relationships with Advertisers by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues and acting as a trusted advisor to understand and optimize affiliate marketing strategies based on client objectives.
• Client Account Optimization – Take an active role to grow existing client accounts by actively identifying business opportunities for revenue growth.
