Actively develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships, managing accounts through direct engagement with customers. Conduct regular visits to strengthen relationships, understand customer needs, and provide support to agents/distributors.
Execute business development initiatives and action plans defined in alignment with the Sales Director and FM Sales Strategy.
Coordinate closely with Customer Service to ensure accurate order processing and on‑time delivery to customers.
Maintain effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Marketing, QA, R&D, Logistics, Finance, and other Sales teams to ensure full execution of customer and sales commitments.
