As a Key Account Manager, you will play a strategic role in building strong, long-term partnerships with our most important national customers. You will become the SPOC (single point of contact) for your strategic customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Account Plans and budgets with key clients, focusing on value-based selling.
- Manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with KONE business guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee national agreements and manage a portfolio of strategic contracts.
- Collaborate with Area Leaders to define account strategies and mobilize internal teams toward shared goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Spanish mother tongue, fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
