Job Description
- Analyze market trends in the VisMin area to identify new business opportunities within the business services industry.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through farming, renewals, and expansion
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and increase revenue through up-selling or cross-selling
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers via consultative selling
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits; maintain strong field/client-facing presence
- Use CRM, pipeline reporting, and sales analytics to track performance and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that improve client hiring outcomes and retention
