• At least 6 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Pre‑Sales) with frequent interactions with C‑Levels
  
• Proven experience managing or leading a Sales or Account Management team (3+ years)
  
• Excellent track record – we are looking for over‑performers
  
• Experience with companies of more than 300 employees
  
• Passionate about healthcare. Eager to deepen your understanding of health insurance market dynamics, trends, and our products
  
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Madrid or Barcelona
  
• Experience in insurance/employee benefits is a plus but not mandatory
