About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and customer retention.

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with key retail accounts.

  • Coordinate product demonstrations, promotions, and merchandising with our Marketing team.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategies.

  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within your authority and ensure timely order fulfilment.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports.
