We are looking for an Account Executive XL to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding Factorial’s footprint in the Italian market. As part of the XL team, you will report directly to the Director of XL, and focus on launching and expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential, mid-to-large enterprises.
The Role
- Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
