Territory and Key Account Management
Take full accountability for the in-market sales volume and growth rate of the territory in charge across all channels and customers. Identify key customers, growth drivers within the territory in charge and develop actionable plan to grow the territory in alignment with Vaccine BU strategy and brand plan. Develop Joint Corporation Plan (JCP) with key customers (VNVC, Long Chau, other assigned key accounts within the territory in charge). Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with excellence. Work closely with the other peers in Field force, brand team, brand activator and medical (MSL) to ensure One-Takeda image and One voice to KOLs and HCPs across channels nationwide.
