KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up business & SnOP for this new platform.Drive categories growth target & market share, including but not limited to categories growth management, assortment, perfect store online, campaign & BAU, demand planning joint-forecast, fulfillment & delivery, etc.Manage operation excellence with customer & distributor.Customer management: Partner and maintain great partnership with customer.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong business development & customer management; negotiation and selling skill.Self-motivated, interpersonal skill, bias for action, data-driven & result oriented.Problem-solving ability with entrepreneurship mindset, strong ownership & leadershipAdapting quickly to changesVery strong knowledge of online business & operation
KEY EXPERIENCES
Min 3+ years working experience in: business development, account management; eCommerce.
