We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help streamline workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both traditional admin tasks and modern tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar and schedule management
• Administrative and executive support
• Task coordination and follow-ups
• Systems and workflow organization (Notion experience is an asset)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) is a plus
Requirements:
• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools
• Must be based in or near Kelowna, BC (on-site role)
Details:
• Part-time (approx. 10 hours/week to start)
• CAD $25/hour starting rate
• Rate negotiable based on experience
