The KAM Lead will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and engagement of Shopee's external affiliate ecosystem. This role will lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) focused on affiliate acquisition, creator management, and MCN partnerships, while developing strategies, programs, and incentives to sustainably scale affiliate‑driven traffic and GMV.

- Lead and coach a team of KAMs, ensuring strong performance, capability development, and achievement of business targets.
- Drive affiliate ecosystem growth through creator acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization initiatives.
- Oversee strategic relationships with MCNs, agencies, and top‑tier managed creators to maximize affiliate performance.
