- Responsible of a portfolio of regional accounts across Mexico
- Achieve sales objectives of a designated customer portfolio, develop solid growth strategies, implement innovative commercial plans, and maximize Bayer value with mid/long term sustainable negotiations
- Responsible of order to cash process of direct accounts, working closely with Bayer invoice team, following up on sales orders, aligning with the logistic process, ensuring Bayer invoice and on-time payment.
- Joint Business Plans development and follow-up with all customers, aligned with Trade Marketing & Commercial Strategies teams, to efficiently invest in activities and commercial efforts. While ensuring their implementationat point of sales level.
- Become a commercial advisor for Bayer internal Units, recommending offers, activities, events, aligned with each customer context, driving sales growth and ensuring an adequate return of investment.
