Kaizen & WCM Specialist — Industrial Excellence

J.JUAN is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Barcelona to enhance operational excellence within the plant and beyond. The ideal candidate will support data collection, monitor KPIs, and lead kaizen initiatives.

Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Engineering and 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively on impactful improvement projects.
