Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Kaizen Operator who is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of personalization manufacturing process based on KPI's as OPE, OEE, Yield, MTBF, MTTR and Machine availability defined by the organization. Work with the Tech Support Team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Stabilizing and improving the process and maintenance indicators such as OPE, CPK, SPC, YIELD, MTBF and Availability.
• Coordinating engineering and maintenance projects with the focus of reducing losses, increasing efficiency and productivity of cells.
• Work with teams focused on opportunities and process deviations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field of study; and / or equivalent experience.
