**Key Account Executive**:
To assume responsibility for and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of high value clients located in a particular region or state as a part of the Team Leader territory.
Through value creation and a solution driven orientation, work directly with each client to develop goals specific to their programs and implement the activities that support them.
Account development is a key area of focus, so commercial acuity is vital to drive success.
Providing direct support to clients in all areas of the business to improve happiness and maintain a constant communication with internal departments as marketing, medical and sales, to manage client expectations and resolve issues directly with the client.
As coordinator and contact with the sales team, the KAE will be directly involved in improving our processes and efficiency and chipping in to the development of the Account Management solution, implementing the value proposition.
