Responsibilities
- Provide smooth check-in and check-out for guests and deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace: follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and keep a professional appearance and communication.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested to ensure guests and the business receive the best experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
