JV and M&A Development Specialist (Marzán)

Job Description

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision‑making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting Day‑1 readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.

Responsibilities:

• Pre‑deal signing: support Head of JV Development in business plan including synergies identification & quantification, commercial agreement & TOM definition, day‑1 integration preparation and coordination with M&A team.
• Post‑deal signing: support coordination of day‑1 integration with central teams and definition & implementation of value‑creation plan (6‑month for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ months for complex deals).
