JV and M&A Development Specialist - HBX Group (Bilbao)

Job Overview

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision‑making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting Day 1 readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑deal signing: support the Head of JV Development in business planning, synergy identification & quantification, commercial agreement & TOM definition, day‑1 integration preparation and coordination with the M&A team.
• Post‑deal signing: coordinate day‑1 integration with central teams and define & implement the value creation plan (6‑month plan for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ month plan for complex deals).
