JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision-making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting Day 1 readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.

Responsibilities

• Pre-deal signing: Support Head of JV development in BP incl. synergies identification & quantification, commercial agreement & TOM definition, day 1 integration preparation and coordination with M&A team.
• Post-deal signing: Support coordination of day 1 integration with central teams and definition & implementation of value creation plan (6-months for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ months for complex deals).
