JV and M&A Development Specialist (Cequeliños)

Job Description

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision‑making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting Day1 readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑deal signing: Support the Head of JV Development in business planning—including synergy identification and quantification, commercial agreement and TOM definition, day‑1 integration preparation and coordination with the M&A team.
• Post‑deal signing: Coordinate “day‑1 integration” with central teams and define & implement the value‑creation plan (6‑month plan for small deals such as Civitfun, 18‑plus months for complex deals).
