HiTHIUM is looking for a Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to support expanding European operations.

The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracts, general corporate legal support, and cross‑border coordination with Group headquarters in China.

This hands‑on in‑house position is in a fast‑growing renewable energy sector, working closely with procurement, business and other cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, business‑oriented legal support to the company’s operations and commercial activities in Europe with a focus in Spain, working closely with cross‑functional teams including procurement, engineering, project development, operations, sales, and management.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement agreements, including EPC contracts; construction contracts, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts.
