Summary

The Network Operations Engineer will ensure stable and secure operation of the organization’s Juniper-based network infrastructure by providing proactive monitoring, timely incident response, effective troubleshooting, and operational support across firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and Mist-managed services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Network Monitoring and Operations – Monitor the health, availability, and performance of network infrastructure, including Juniper firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and Mist-managed devices.
• Incident and Problem Management – Handle network incidents, outages, and degradation events in accordance with incident management processes.
• Configuration and Change Support – Implement approved standard changes on Juniper network devices and validate pre-change and post-change health checks to ensure service stability.
