Salary Range: $56,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

As a full-time 14-month contract Junior/Intermediate Architectural Technologist for our Single-Family division, you are based in Calgary and are responsible for the following:

What you will bring to the table:

• Passion for production drafting and design.
• Post‑secondary education consisting of an architectural & technology diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Utilize your knowledge of drafting to create working drawings based on the concepts and designs of the creative design team.
• Modify working drawings to represent customer design centre changes.
• Ability to complete grade slip drawings.
• Administrative understanding of preparing permit packages for the City (would be an asset).
