Video Editor
to repurpose and edit licensed or acquired video content for our YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube formatting, pacing, and storytelling to transform raw or pre-existing footage into engaging, compliant, and high-performing videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and reformat acquired/licensed video content into engaging YouTube-ready videos.
Ensure all edits comply with content usage rights, copyright, and platform policies.
Enhance content with smooth transitions, text overlays, intros/outros, background music, and relevant graphics.
Optimize videos for YouTube standards including pacing, aspect ratio, retention strategies, and metadata alignment.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure videos meet channel goals and branding guidelines.
