Junior Underwriter

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join our M&A team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is eager to develop a career in M&A insurance underwriting.
You will work closely with senior underwriters, brokers, legal advisors and clients to deliver tailored insurance solutions, combining technical legal expertise with commercial awareness in a fast‑paced international environment.
Role responsibilities Supporting senior underwriters in the analysis and underwriting of M&A insurance risks;
Reviewing and analysing due diligence reports, primarily legal due diligence documentation;
Conducting analysis of transaction documentation, including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Disclosure Letters, Management Agreements and other related documents;
