About Mosaic Conseil
Mosaic Conseil operates as a small, remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding one business artifact at a time. We do not work on standing retainers or produce slide decks. Instead, we take things like pricing grids, diligence files, and three-year plans apart on the bench and put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger. Our process is personal and focused. We return the same artifact you sent, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument. We handle our work on paper and back it by a telephone number that answers for ninety days. We keep our workshop small on purpose to ensure that the people who do the work also answer their own phones. Currently, we are supporting a prominent Italian financial services business by refining their internal analytical tools and financial reports to ensure their data remains clear and actionable.
