Junior Travel Coordinator (Lugo)

Join our team in Madrid as a Junior Travel Coordinator. You will work closely with a Travel Designer to design, coordinate, and manage luxury travel itineraries for discerning clients.

Position Summary

• Assist the Travel Designer with operations and trip requests, negotiating rates and confirming suppliers.
• Process all travel reservations and services, coordinating with hotels, guides, transfer companies and other suppliers.
• Work with Accounting to ensure bookings are confirmed and correctly processed.
• Serve as an on‑call emergency contact on a rotation during weekdays and weekends after office hours as needed.
• Conduct special projects as requested by the Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diplomatura/BA degree.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, luxury travel, or another high‑end service environment.
