Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
- Process and manage supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and project expenses
- Ensure all transactions are:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Processed within required timelines
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with:
- Project managers
- Site teams
- Suppliers and subcontractors
- Finance support
- Act as a key contact for transaction-related queries
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure transactions align with:
- Company processes
- Contract agreements
- Identify risks or inconsistencies and escalate where necessary
- Support audit preparation and compliance checks
