Marathon TS is seeking a Training Specialist to support the CASTLE-NET program. The selected candidate will assist in the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs supporting end users and IT personnel across the USACE enterprise environment
The Training Specialist will work closely with program leadership and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop instructional materials, conduct instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, and measure training effectiveness. This role is focused on user adoption, knowledge transfer, and ensuring personnel are prepared to effectively utilize CASTLE‑NET services and technologies
