Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist — Fintech Hiring

PalmPay is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role offers growth within PalmPay's HR function in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will manage candidate pipelines, post job ads, maintain ATS/HRIS tools, and collaborate with HR and hiring managers across time zones. A relevant degree and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.
