Job Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi
Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting application issues, performing first‑line resolution, and supporting business‑critical eCommerce operations while working closely with senior engineers and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understands the Hybris type system, items.xml, and ServiceLayer basics (models, DAOs, converters/populators)
- Reads and writes impex; runs FlexibleSearch queries; navigates Backoffice and HAC
- Works with core commerce modules — catalog, cart, checkout, WCMS, pricing/promotions — at a functional level
