Junior Strata Manager Glebe – Up to $110K inc Super + Schedule B’s – 35 Buildings / 800 Lots
We are seeking a Junior Strata Manager to join a tight-knit, supportive strata business based in Glebe.
This is a well-balanced portfolio role managing approximately 35 buildings / 800 lots, offering the right mix of autonomy, structure, and support. The business genuinely values its people and focuses on long-term development rather than overload.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with around 2–3 years’ strata experience who is ready to confidently take ownership of a manageable portfolio while continuing to grow within a collaborative team environment.
